PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The proposed expansion of the the City of Bucaramanga’s water supply system consists of water storage of the Manco, Oro and Hato Rivers, pertaining to the Magdalena y las quebradas Piedras Blancas, Antalá and Guayabales Streams, pertaining to the Arauca River Watershed. The project is located east of Bucaramanga and includes a dam, a series of tunnels and channels to convey the water to the Mensuli Water Treatment Plant.
INGETEC conjointly with ETA, prepared the feasibility studies as well as the tender and detail designs of this water supply project.
