Contract signed by the Office for United Nations’ Projects - UNOPS - by request of the Ministry of Energy and Mines of Peru, as part of the agreement to settle the conflict between Minera Yanacocha SRL (MYSRL) and the communities in the area of influence of mining operations, and based on the Management Services and Support Agreement PER/02/R32 subscribed between the Government of Peru and the United Nations Program efor Development (UNDP).
