 Cartagena Refinery (Storage Tank Telemetry) This turn-key project was undertaken by the Joint Venture E. Bustamante & Co. (EBC - Honeywell’s representative in Colombia) and Construir Ltd. of Cartagena. Ingetec S.A. was responsible for Project Management and preparation of detail engineering; EBC supplied instrumentation and control equipment; and Construir Ltd. was responsible for construction of civil works and equipment erection. The work consisted of the design, supply, installation, start-up and commissioning of the fuel level gauging system and inventory management for 16 refinery storage tanks and the Nestor Pineda Terminal, as well as the detail designs for the fuel level gauging system, inventory management and valve control for an additional 84 fuel storage tanks.
