 La Loma-Santa Marta railway Project management for the reconstruction of La Loma-Santa Marta railway. The Environmental Impact Study was prepared during development of project management activities for borrow and waste disposal areas. A significant social management program was undertaken through the field office. A socioeconomic and land and property census of the population settled along the railway right-of-way was conducted; a program to establish relations with the community and resettlement of the affected population was undertaken as well as a compromise process with local authorities.
