 Riofrío Conceptual evaluation of the studies and designs for the Riofrío Small Power Plant. Technical, administration and accounting advisement of contracts signed for the development of the Riofrío Small Power Plant Project. The project consists of a concrete dam, side intake, a 7-km long rectangular and trapezoidal water conveyance channel, two tunnels 640 m long total; six 2.3-m diameter steel pipe siphons with a total length of 550 m, five overhead channels and a 300-m long, 1.5-m diameter penstock. Start-up and commissioning of the siphons, channels, penstock, tunnels and Francis generating units at this 10 MW power station.
