The
company has over 50 years experience in consulting engineering and its
dedication has been to the design of all types of engineering structures
and the supervision during construction of a variety of engineering
works, for which a variety of engineering specialties were involved.
These activities include:

and feasibility studies, preparation of draft designs, project development
in all its stages, geodesic, topographic and photogrametric studies,
soils and foundations studies, planning of water resources use, design
of engineering structures, writing of technical specifications for the
acquisition of equipment and materials for construction, analysis of
bids and preparation of drawings and related contracts, supervision
during manufacturing of equipment and materials, supervision during
construction and acceptance of the works, technical advisement before
national and international financial institutions.
The
company has vast experience in technical and administrative advisement,
construction supervision, contractual management, project management,
preparation and revision of terms of reference, contractual documents,
budget preparation, analysis and qualification of bids for design and/or
construction of various types of projects, including civil works, procurement
and industrial erections for public and private institutions, transmission
lines, large hydroelectric project, mining and infrastructure at home
and abroad. During development of the various areas it has been involved
in, the company has been entrusted with the analysis, evaluation, advisement
and occasionally solve, claims and acknowledgement of extra costs and
extension in time for completion based on change of agreed-on or anticipated
conditions, breach of contract, modifications to the agreed-on work,
reduced efficiency, and/or fast-tracking of the works, incidentals,
economic and financial problems, representativity of adjustment formulas
for prices, devaluation, inflation, taxes and other related topics.
