Company
The company was established in 1947. It has participated in the development
of the major infrastructure projects in Colombia, and in several engineering
projects in Bolivia, Costa Rica, Canada, China, Ecuador, El Salvador,
Spain, Lesotho, Panama and Peru. Ingetec has a staff of 700 approximately,
including civil, electrical, mechanical, sanitary, transportation, systems
and industrial engineers, as well as geologists, biologists, sociologists,
economists and lawyers.
The
company renders consulting services to both public and private institutions,
during all stages of a project that requires them.
Ingetec´s
quality assurance system has been certified by the Colombian Institute
of Technical Standards -ICONTEC- as per requirements of Standard NTC-ISO
9001/2000, for the rendering of civil and electromechanical engineering
consulting services for feasibility studies, supervision during construction
of civil and electromechanical projects, supervision of civil, electrical
and telephone designs, supervision during concession of road construction
and operation stages; administrative and financial project supervision,
civil and electromechanical project management and supervision during
construction.
The
company´s quality assurance policy is based on the personal commitment
to quality and the continuous improvement in the performance of its
system of quality and related processes, the permanent, diligent and
fair attention to each one of our clients, the fulfillment of their
requirements and the quest for our client’s ever-improving satisfaction,
our technical ability, the timely submittal of revised and approved
products, and the completion of each contract within anticipated budget.
